Refunds & Return Policy

RETURNS BY MAIL

HairToyz accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days from hairtoyzland.com. Please contact consumer services for assistance with a return or exchange of a HairToyz hair tools product. Consumer services will provide you instructions and additional information to help you. HairToyz, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this accessory is free from defects in workmanship for life from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers only the tools themselves and not the exterior cotton pouch. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized solutions. If this tool fails to operate properly under the recommended use within 30 days from purchase because of defect, simply return it following the steps listed below, with proof of purchase, for a no-charge replacement.

If found defective after 30 days and within the warranty period, please contact our Consumer Service Department. The Consumer Service Department will provide instructions on how to exchange an item that is under warranty.

Should you wish to return a product purchased on hairtoyzland.com, follow the steps below:

  1. Email HairToyz Consumer Service Department at hairtoyz@gmail.com.
  1. Provide your contact information, address, and Order Number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment) and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return.
  1. Consumer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
  1. Carefully pack the items in a shipping box.
  1. Do not forget to INCLUDE THE RECEIPT INSIDE THE SHIPPING BOX.
  1. Print the shipping label provided by Consumer Service, affix it to the box and drop your package at the nearest UPS drop-off.

  2. Please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
